These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Sites and all content, consulting services, digital products, downloads, courses, programs, newsletters, and related offerings made available by Yolanda Nichole, LLC (d/b/a Yolanda Nichole Solutions).

By accessing or using the Site, downloading a resource, or purchasing an offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Disclaimer, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

Yolanda Nichole LLC, organized under the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, and operating under the laws of the USA, owns and operates the yolandanichole.com website and blog for management consulting services and education on business, entrepreneurism, work/life balance, and other leadership and life topics. We would love for you to use it.

Eligibility

The yolandanichole.com and portfolio Sites are intended for users at least 13 years old; users under 18 may purchase only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Content, products, and services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Sites creates a legal, financial, tax, medical, therapeutic, or other professional advisory relationship.

Testimonials and Case Studies

When a client, customer, collaborator, or participant shares a testimonial, quote, review, success story, project description, or case study with permission for public use, Yolanda Nichole, LLC may use that content — along with the person's name, business name, title, likeness, headshot, logo, and the general results described — across the websites, sales pages, proposals, newsletters, social media, presentations, and other marketing or educational materials. We may make light edits for clarity, length, grammar, or style while preserving the substance. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this permission continues until the individual withdraws consent in writing, with the understanding that materials already published or committed to production may not be immediately recallable. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are for illustration only; they do not guarantee similar results.

Purchases and Third-Party Checkout

Some products and services are sold through third-party providers — Stripe (including payments for bookings made through Cal.id), Gumroad, and PayPal. Payment processing and certain customer-data practices on those checkout pages are governed in part by those providers' own terms and privacy policies. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order where fraud, misuse, pricing error, policy violation, or operational necessity is reasonably suspected.

Refunds

Refunds, if any, are governed by the Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Durham, North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time The 'Last modified' date will indicate when the most recent changes were made. For material changes, we will provide at least 15 days' notice before they take effect. Continued access or use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
