When there is a gap in the value an organization is providing to the marketplace, we partnered with a cross-functional internal team to implement a voice of the customer strategy and capture their differential value proposition.
Identity Platform Migration at Major Wireless Carrier
After determining a transition from legacy software to a newer platform was necessary and imminent, I contributed on the Identity Access & Management (IAM) team by ensuring migrations and integrations to the new Single Sign-On (SSO) platform were completed on-time and effectively communicated to corporate end users in collaboration with the IAM team, the Enterprise and Third-Party Vendors for a major wireless carrier.

For over 20 years, I have built social impact in professional organizations and nonprofits as a member or elected officer of executive boards and boards of directors. I have partnered with executive teams in support of the greater mission including financial oversight, fundraising, executive hiring, strategic planning, board governance and engagement, and other special projects. These experiences have been useful in supporting nonprofits as they come online or grow.
