The short version.

We collect only the information we need to work with you and run our business — nothing more. We do not sell your personal information. We rely on a few trusted providers (for analytics, email, scheduling, and payments) to operate, and you can manage cookies at any time through our banner. You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. The full details are below.

Yolanda Nichole, LLC respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information with care, transparency, and restraint. We practice data minimization: we collect only what we need to serve you and do business with you, and we keep it only as long as necessary. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you visit the Sites, subscribe to communications, download resources, take a quiz, purchase products, book services, or otherwise interact with us online.

We are based in North Carolina, United States, and serve primarily U.S.-based small business and nonprofit leaders, while also accepting customers from other locations. Information may be processed in the United States and by third-party providers that support hosting, email, analytics, advertising measurement, checkout, scheduling, and related operations.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and have not done so. See "Selling and Sharing" below for how advertising tools are treated under certain state laws.

Information We Collect

  • Contact information — name, email address, mailing address, phone number, business name, and job title.
  • Inquiry and client information — project details, service interests, organizational information, and anything you submit through forms, scheduling tools, questionnaires, or email.
  • Transaction information — products or services purchased, order details, billing ZIP, and payment status. Payment card details are processed directly by our third-party checkout providers, not stored by us.
  • Marketing and subscription information — newsletter sign-ups, download requests, email engagement, and communication preferences.
  • Quiz and form responses — answers, contact details, and other information you submit through quizzes and forms we host.
  • Usage and device information — IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages viewed, and time spent.
  • Cookie and tracking information — collected through cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement.
  • User-submitted content — comments, testimonials, reviews, survey responses, case study submissions, and feedback you voluntarily provide.

How Information Is Collected

We collect information when you browse a Site; complete a contact, intake, or quiz form; subscribe to a newsletter or download a resource; purchase a product or service or book a session; respond to surveys or submit feedback; agree to provide a testimonial; or interact with analytics and advertising technologies, subject to your cookie consent choices.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide consulting services, resources, digital products, and courses; process transactions and deliver purchases; communicate about services, updates, newsletters, events, and promotions; personalize and improve the Sites; analyze audience behavior and marketing effectiveness; deliver quiz results and requested follow-up; request and publish testimonials with permission; detect and prevent fraud and security incidents; and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. Non-essential cookies are not activated until you consent through our cookie banner (provided by cookieadmin.net).

For the full, current list of the cookies we use — including their providers, purposes, and durations — and instructions for managing them, see our Cookie Policy at https://www.yolandanichole.com/cookie-policy.

Third-Party Service Providers

We work with trusted providers that process information on our behalf to operate the business. We do not store payment card details; those are handled directly by our checkout providers under their own terms and PCI-DSS standards.

  • Payments and scheduling — Stripe (including payments for bookings made through Cal.id), Gumroad (digital products), and PayPal. Cal.id provides scheduling.
  • Forms and quizzes — Tally (tally.so) hosts our quizzes and forms; responses may include your name, email, and answers, used to deliver results and, where you've opted in, to follow up.
  • Email — We use kit.com, sender.net, and loops.so to manage newsletters and marketing email; unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
  • Hosting, caching, and content delivery — This site uses caching for faster response times; cache files are temporary and accessed by third parties only as needed for technical support from the cache plugin vendor. We may use QUIC.cloud to process and cache data temporarily (see quic.cloud/privacy-policy).

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only with trusted providers that help us operate (the providers named above), when required by law or valid legal request, in connection with a business transfer (merger, sale, or similar — with notice), and otherwise with your consent.

Selling and Sharing

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising tools may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state privacy laws. You can opt out of non-essential advertising and analytics cookies at any time using our cookie banner.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here — providing services, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting tax and legal obligations. Usage data is generally retained for shorter periods, except where needed for security or where retention is legally required.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. North Carolina law requires notice to affected residents (and in some cases the Attorney General's Office) following certain security breaches involving personal information.

Your Choices and Rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email. Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and identity verification.

To make a request, contact support (at) yolandanichole (dot) com.

If you would like to block online tracking and other invasions of your privacy, many user-friendly tools are available in your browser.
