Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of Yolanda Nichole, LLC.

  • You are eligible for refunds for self-paced and DIY digital courses within 10 days of the original purchase of the product if you can show you worked through the course to the best of your ability, implemented the systems, and asked for help. 
    • To be eligible for a refund of a course, you must submit your request within 10 days of purchasing our program. After 10 days no exceptions will be made.
  • We do not issue refunds for live events or retreats within 30 days of the event. If you request a refund more than 30 days away from the event, we will happily refund you minus your deposit (if you made a deposit).
  • We do not issue refunds for digital subscriptions, but you can cancel them any month at least 3 days before your next charge is scheduled to come out and you won’t be charged again.
  • We do not issue refunds for eBooks, PDFs, or other digital files.
  • We do not issue refunds for gift cards.
  • We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
  • All refunds are within our sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request.
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
